Credit Card Payment Policies
A 3% bank transaction fee is added to all credit card transactions.
Cash, Checks (Payable to Driftwood Body Healing), Credit Cards,
& Venmo (@Alexir123) are accepted
Invoice/Receipts are available upon request and can be emailed only.
In-home massage is currently unavailable. For special requests or off-menu treatments, feel free to call us.
Gift Certificates are available to purchase in-person and/or mailed to the recipient.
We understand that unexpected things come up! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged the full cost of your appointment. This amount will need to be paid before you can book your next session.
If you miss your appointment without letting us know, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Your therapist will decide whether there’s enough time left to begin treatment. Please note that you’ll still be responsible for paying for the full session. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan ahead to arrive on time.
